Orders will be processed on the same or next business day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday via Australia Post.
Orders should arrive between 2-14 business days to most major locations in Australia. Due to complications arising from Covid-19 we cannot responsibly give accurate ETA's for International deliveries.
In most cases, parcels can be tracked by donnyBOOKS so please contact us if you are concerned your purchase has been delayed. Each parcel sent will have an Australia Post-issued tracking number.
donnyBOOKS and Three Light Hill Pty Ltd (ABN 52 819 128 186) complies with Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a major fault or defect a full refund or exchange will be provided.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are not refundable nor are they redeemable for cash.
Change of mind: if you change your mind about a purchase you may exchange for another item(s) within 7 days of the date of purchase. The original shipping charge cannot be refunded for change of mind returns, nor can its value be transferred to the new item. You will be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item(s) to us and in sending the new items to you. Goods must be received by us in saleable condition for an exchange/refund to be possible. If the new item(s) cost more than the original purchase you will be required to pay the difference. If they cost less we can either refund you the difference or issue a gift voucher for this value, at our discretion. Please note refunds can only be processed to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.

While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions displayed on our website are correct, we do not accept any liability for errors that may appear (such as incorrect blurbs, jacket images, etc.). If you have purchased a product from us on the basis of incorrect information displayed on our website, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange for a return and refund. As the majority of our books are secondhand, blurbs and images are best for familiarity with the book only, and are not indicative of a book's condition.
